Service Agreement
Scope of Services
Lawn Mowing Sydenham offers comprehensive lawn care services, including grass cutting, weeding, edging, and trimming. We are committed to maintaining the highest standards in lawn maintenance, ensuring that your outdoor space remains beautiful and well-groomed.
Service Scheduling and Availability
Services are available Monday through Friday between 8 AM to 6 PM. Scheduling is subject to availability, and we strive to accommodate our clients' preferences as much as possible.
Payment Terms
Pricing
Our pricing is based on the size and condition of your lawn, as well as the specific services requested. A detailed estimate will be provided upon assessment of your property. Prices are subject to change based on the complexity and scope of work required.
Payment Methods
Payments can be made via cash, credit/debit cards, or online payments. Full payment is expected upon completion of the service unless a prior agreement has been made regarding payment schedules.
Cancellations and Rescheduling
Clients may cancel or reschedule services with at least 24 hours' notice. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance may incur a cancellation fee equivalent to 20% of the service cost. Rescheduling is subject to service availability.
Client Responsibilities
- Ensure that the service area is accessible and free from obstacles.
- Remove any personal items or valuables from the lawn before the scheduled service.
- Inform Lawn Mowing Sydenham of any specific requirements or areas that require special attention.
Service Provider Responsibilities
- Provide timely and professional lawn care services as agreed upon.
- Use appropriate and well-maintained equipment to perform the services.
- Respect the client's property and privacy during service delivery.
Liability and Insurance
Lawn Mowing Sydenham is insured and holds liability coverage to protect against any accidental damage that may occur during service delivery. We are not responsible for pre-existing conditions or damages that are beyond our control.
Termination of Agreement
Either party may terminate the service agreement with a written notice if there is a breach of these terms and conditions. Upon termination, any outstanding payments for services rendered up to the termination date are due immediately.
Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Queensland. Any disputes arising from these terms will be resolved in the appropriate courts within this jurisdiction.
Dispute Resolution
In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to attempt resolution through mediation before pursuing legal action. This approach encourages amicable settlement and maintains professional relationships.
